1. Mailboat Delivery – Family Islands

• Ships to: Abaco, Eleuthera, Andros, Bimini, Exuma, Inagua, Long Island, Cat Island, San Salvador & more

• Delivery Time: 2–5 business days depending on island schedule

• Cost: Starting at $22 – $30 flat rate for all orders.

• Tracking: Email confirmation with expected delivery boat schedule

2. In-Store Pickup

• Pickup Locations: Town Centre Mall (Freeport) and Mall at Marathon (Nassau)

• Available: Next business day after order confirmation

• Cost: FREE

• Notification: Email confirmation once order is ready

🕒 Shipping Timelines

• Orders placed before 12PM are processed same day

• Orders after 12PM are processed next business day

• Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages

All orders receive real-time email or SMS updates at key stages:

• Order confirmed

• Order shipped/picked up

• Mailboat assignment & drop-off notice

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at lysretail@hotmail.com. We will coordinate directly with the mailboat company or delivery partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
