⚠️ No Refunds – Store Credit Only

We do not issue cash or card refunds on any item, online or in-store. However, eligible items may be returned within 15 hours of purchase for store credit only.

To qualify for store credit, items must:

Be returned within 15 hours of purchase (online or in-store)

Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact

Be accompanied by the original receipt or email confirmation

❌ Not Eligible for Return or Credit

Items showing wear, damage, or stains

Final sale, clearance, or promotional items

Orders past the 15-hour window

Store credit is issued as a digital code or physical card

Redeemable in-store or online

Valid for 90 days from issue date

In-Store: Bring your item and receipt to our Freeport or Nassau location

Online: Email returns@lyssportswear.com within 15 hours of delivery with your order number and product photos
