Shipping
Absolutely! We ship to every island in The Bahamas using mailboat or air freight, depending on the location. Orders over $100 qualify for FREE Family Island Shipping.
Orders in Freeport and Nassau are typically delivered within 1–2 business days. Family Island deliveries may take 3–5 business days based on boat schedules and weather conditions.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can also log into your account to monitor delivery progress.
Yes! You can select the Freeport or Nassau location for free local pickup. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash on pickup, and mobile transfer (local banks). Payment must be made before shipping is arranged.
Yes — our site uses SSL encryption and a secure checkout to protect your payment data. Your privacy and security are our top priority.
At this time, we do not offer payment plans or layaway. However, we’re exploring local financing options for future releases.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items with tags and original packaging. No returns on discounted or limited drops.
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you instructions for shipping or drop-off at one of our stores.
Yes — if your item is in brand-new condition and we have the size in stock, we’re happy to exchange it. Exchanges are processed faster for in-store pickups.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end (wrong item, damaged goods, etc.).
